PRODUCT LEADER · BUILDER · MENTOR

Think clearly.
Build what matters.

I’m Yaron Helfer. I help product managers, startup founders, small-business owners, and solo entrepreneurs make clearer product and AI decisions. Mentoring focuses on a real challenge: choosing what to build, testing an idea, improving an AI workflow, or preparing for a product role. Bring your current approach, the evidence you have, and the decision you need to make. We can examine the tradeoffs and identify a practical next step. Explore the guides and exercises here, or book a 30-minute conversation to discuss your challenge.

THE POINT OF VIEW

Your challenge.
A clearer way forward.

Whether you lead a product, launch a startup, run a small business, or build on your own, the questions often overlap: What matters to customers? What deserves your time? Where can AI help? Explore practical ways to test your thinking and move forward.

Gartner reported on 19 October 2026 that only 13% of CIOs surveyed described substantial or transformational AI value in their enterprise. Its May–July 2026 survey included 2,002 CIOs and technology executives. This is enterprise research, not evidence of mentoring outcomes. Read Gartner’s survey release.

Illustrative figures—not measured client results or guaranteed outcomes.

Put your goals in numbers and achieve them.

Acquisition & growth

Founders, small businesses & solo builders

Sharpen the offer. Test an AI-assisted lead workflow. Track signed business.

Lead-to-customer conversion% of qualified leads
Contracts signedcontracts per 30 days
Recurring revenue indexbaseline = 100; not currency
Monthly customer churn% of paid accounts; lower is better

Example: two 30-day periods. Conversion = qualified leads becoming customers; churn = monthly paid-account cancellations. Revenue index starts at 100; it is not currency.

Put your goals in numbers and achieve them.

PM interview readiness

Aspiring & experienced product managers

Practice product sense. Get structured feedback. Refine your reasoning.

How can mentoring help your next decision?

Who is Yaron Helfer’s mentoring for?

Yaron Helfer’s mentoring is for product managers, startup founders, small-business owners, and solo entrepreneurs working through product, AI, business, or career decisions. Bring a specific challenge so the conversation has a clear focus.

What should I bring to a mentoring call?

Bring one decision, the context behind it, and what you have already tried. A customer problem, workflow sketch, product brief, or interview answer can make the discussion more concrete; avoid sharing confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

How can I choose a useful first AI use case?

Choose an AI use case by naming the workflow, its user, the desired outcome, and a way to measure it. Consider data access, cost, failure handling, and where a person should review an action before testing a small, reversible experiment.

What does Knowledge Base as a Product mean?

Knowledge Base as a Product (KBaP) means managing shared knowledge around its users and decisions, with explicit ownership, quality standards, feedback, and planned improvements. The goal is useful, dependable context for people and AI systems.

Does mentoring guarantee growth or a successful PM interview?

Mentoring does not guarantee revenue growth, lower churn, an exam score, or a job offer. The charts on this page use illustrative figures. Agree on your own baseline, measurement period, and success criteria before judging progress.

How do you prepare for a useful mentoring call?

Prepare for a mentoring call by choosing one decision, collecting only the context needed to discuss it, and deciding what a useful next step would look like.

  1. Choose one decision

Write the question you want to resolve and why it matters now. Name the customer, business, or career outcome behind it.

  2. Bring the relevant context

Gather a brief, workflow sketch, metric baseline, or draft answer. Remove confidential information you are not authorized to share.

  3. Define a useful next step

List the options you are weighing and what evidence would change your mind. Bring these notes to the conversation and use them to choose a bounded follow-up action.
